We've been using OpenClaw for six months now, and it has definitely improved our lead tracking and follow-up processes. The interface is user-friendly, and the analytics help us identify which strategies work best.
If your team values detailed analytics and automated follow-ups, OpenClaw can be worth it. However, if you only need basic CRM functions, there might be better budget options.
