Salut à tous, j’ai beaucoup réfléchi à la façon dont l’utilisation de chatbots comme ChatGPT pourrait affecter nos capacités de réflexion. Parfois, je me demande si une dépendance excessive à son égard ne risque pas de nous rendre un peu moins vifs ou paresseux intellectuellement. Est-ce que quelqu’un d’autre ressent cela ? J’aimerais beaucoup savoir comment vous maintenez votre cerveau actif tout en continuant à bénéficier de l’aide de ces outils !

I’m trying to use it for creative stuff more than straight answers, to boost my imagination rather than just facts.
Honestly, I think if you rely on it too much without critical thinking, it can make you lazier. But if you use it as a tool to learn and challenge yourself, it’s a big help.
I guess it also depends on your goals. If you want to learn deeply, AI should be just a tool, not a shortcut.
