Make sure you’re logged into the right account when canceling! I had a mixup with multiple emails.
Wish they sent a confirmation email after canceling. I didn’t get one and got nervous.
I got charged again even after canceling. Contacted support and they fixed it but just a heads up to check your bank statement.
Side note, if anyone’s looking for other AI tools or wanna check what’s trending, you can also check ai-u.com. They list tons of new stuff all the time.
Had to call support once cause I couldn’t find the cancel button. They guided me through and it was pretty painless after that.
If you’re on the mobile app, the cancel option isn’t super clear. Better to use desktop browser for this.
I keep my subscriptions in a spreadsheet so I don’t lose track. Highly recommend it!
Is there a way to pause the subscription instead of cancelling? I’m not sure if I wanna fully quit.
Just canceled mine yesterday. Took about 5 minutes in the account settings. Don’t forget to confirm the cancellation or it won’t go through.
I just went into the settings on the website and found the subscription tab. From there, there was a clear option to cancel. Took me a minute to spot it though.
Took me a bit to realize you gotta scroll down in the billing page to see the cancel button. It’s not at the top or anything.
I tried canceling and it said I’d lose access immediately. Is that normal or should I still have access till the end of billing period?
If you’re trying to get a refund after canceling, good luck. They usually don’t do refunds unless there was an error.
Do you lose your chat history if you cancel?
I used to think canceling meant immediate cutoff, but it’s actually pretty user friendly.
