Salut à tous, j'entends beaucoup parler de ChatGPT et je me demandais qui en est réellement le propriétaire ou le contrôleur ? Par exemple, est-ce lié à la Chine ou à un autre pays ? Je cherche simplement à y voir plus clair, car il circule tellement d'informations !
