Clear Capital Acquires Restb. ai To Expand AI‑Driven Property Intelligence Across Real Estate

Clear Capital has announced the acquisition of Restb.ai, a Barcelona-based company specializing in AI-powered computer vision for property analysis. This move strengthens the firm's real estate analytics and valuation technology platform by incorporating advanced image recognition and data enrichment capabilities. The acquisition aims to deliver deeper, more actionable property intelligence to customers within the global real estate and mortgage ecosystem. By adding Restb.ai’s technology to its existing suite, which includes CubiCasa acquired in 2021, Clear Capital seeks to create a unified framework for property analysis. The combined platform intends to reduce blind spots in property assessment and support faster decision-making for MLS organizations, lenders, appraisers, and real estate professionals. Clear Capital plans to integrate the new technology across its platforms while maintaining the Restb.ai brand identity. The deal builds upon Clear Capital’s 2025 strategic investment from GTCR, which was designated to expand technology offerings and pursue acquisitions. Leadership emphasizes that the combination will modernize valuation workflows by embedding visual intelligence into mobile floor plan technology and advanced analytics. Executives from both companies highlighted strong synergies in property data and workflow automation designed to improve accuracy and transparency in housing finance.
