Anthropic Launches Claude AI Services

Been using Claude for customer support automation, it’s handling basic queries really well so far.

The interface is pretty sleek too, makes it easy to use even if you’re not super techy.

I’m still skeptical, I think it’s just another chat AI with a fancy name. Need to see more proof before switching.
