The AI market for real estate anim looks like it's growing but still feels a bit scattered. Hoping a big player will unify the tools soon.
I heard some people use Unreal Engine with AI plugins for creating virtual tours but that's probably too advanced for casual use.
Anyone tried using AI-generated 3D models for staging homes? Wondering if that's a thing yet or still kinda experimental.
For quick AI animations, I've found that using Kapwing with its AI video tools is pretty solid. Simple interface and decent results.
Been using Blender with some AI plugins and it’s amazing for photorealistic renders and animations. Steeper learning curve tho.
If you want something user-friendly with AI help, check out Renderforest. They have templates specifically for real estate promos and the AI helps automate a lot.
I think something like Animoto is decent too. Not super advanced AI but it helps create slick promo vids pretty fast. Not sure if it has specific real estate features tho.
Does anyone have suggestions for AI tools that can make animated floor plans? That would be a game changer!
Tried Deep Dream Generator once to create some trippy versions of property photos for ads, lol. Not sure if it helped sell anything but was fun.
I've been messing with Synthesia for making virtual agents in real estate ads. Kinda cool for showing off features without hiring actors.
I've tried a couple and honestly, the AI stuff makes a huge difference in creating walkthroughs quickly. One tool I liked was Lumen5 for quick animations but for real estate specifically, something like Pictory is pretty neat.
I feel like these days even Canva is adding little AI animation features that could work for simple real estate marketing vids. Not super custom but quick and easy.
