Hey everyone, I've been hunting for some cool apps that make managing project documentation easier and less of a headache. Anybody got suggestions or experiences with tools that actually save time and keep things organized? Would love to hear what worked for you.

Sometimes the best solution is just a solid template and consistent process rather than relying on AI tools alone.
I've tried a couple of AI-based doc tools and honestly, some are a bit overhyped. But one I liked was pretty good at auto-summarizing meetings and organizing notes.
For those starting out, don’t forget to check if these tools comply with your company’s data privacy standards.
I found some AI tools can actually help generate the first draft of docs based on project data. Saves a lot of grunt work.
Does anyone else feel overwhelmed by the number of AI tools out there? It’s hard to pick the right one.
Honestly, I think sometimes simpler is better. Fancy AI features can be cool but sometimes clutter the process more than help.
Anyone tried AI tools that do voice-to-text for documentation? Curious if they’re accurate enough for professional docs.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools, they have a great list that’s updated pretty often.
I just use AI-powered chatbots to help brainstorm and flesh out doc content. It speeds up the writing process a lot.
I've been using a tool that suggests document updates based on project changes. It’s a bit futuristic but helps catch outdated info fast.
For me, the key was finding something that integrates with existing project management tools. Otherwise I end up with docs everywhere and it gets messy fast.
