For anyone looking for something new, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. Found some hidden gems there!
I often use a combination of tools. Start with one to get the base image then tweak in another app.
Big fan of using AI for inspiration rather than final product. Sometimes it sparks ideas I wouldn’t have thought of.
Craiyon used to be called DALL·E mini, right? It's been my go-to because it’s quick and easy with no fuss.
Anyone tried NightCafe? Heard it’s got a nice balance between ease and quality.
I've tried a bunch but really liked using DALL·E mini. It's simple and pretty decent for free. Not perfect but good enough for quick ideas.
I kinda like Google’s Deep Dream stuff for trippy images, but it’s not really realistic art.
Runway ML is pretty neat, free tier has some limits but it's really powerful for video and images alike.
Been testing out Dream by Wombo app. Pretty neat for quick mobile creations.
Pixray is cool too, especially if you want to generate images from text with lots of options to tune stuff.
I mostly use Deep Dream Generator. The style transfer it does is insane and free enough for casual use.
Check out Artbreeder if you wanna mix up images and create something unique. It's more about morphing and blending, but really fun.
I was surprised by how fun it is to play with AI image generators even without any art skills. Just typing prompts and seeing what pops out!
Remember some tools have limits on how many images you can make per day, so if you wanna do bulk, plan ahead.
Honestly, some of the best stuff you get is from open source models if you're tech savvy enough. But yeah, that’s not for everyone.
Oh and if you want anime-style images, give Waifu Labs a shot. It’s free for basic use and pretty fun.
I find that some tools limit you with watermarks or low-res images unless you pay. It’s a bummer but kinda expected.
