Hey everyone, I've been looking into some AI-powered apps that help pull data from various sources more efficiently. There are so many out there, and I'm curious what you all have tried or recommend. Would love to hear your experiences or any tips!

Anyone here tried OCR-based tools? I want something that can handle scanned docs without too much hassle.
Tried a trial version of one AI extraction service and it was surprisingly fast. Still need to see if it holds up with large volumes though.
What about integration? Anyone found tools that plug straight into Zapier or similar platforms? That would be a game changer for me.
I've been playing with some open-source tools for this. They take a bit more setup but are pretty flexible if you want to customize extraction.
I've been using one that automates invoice data extraction and it's a total time saver. The accuracy isn't perfect but way better than manual.
My biggest gripe is that some tools charge crazy fees for basically simple data pulling. Wish there were more affordable options.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools, they have a pretty updated list of extraction apps that folks really like.
Honestly, I tried a couple last year and most of them struggled with unstructured data. They do best when the format stays consistent.
