Anyone else here using IoT devices integrated with facility management? We started adding sensors, and it's made monitoring a lot easier.
I've recently heard about some AI-based tools that help predict maintenance needs. Anyone tried those out?
I found some open-source options that work well if you're on a budget. Not as flashy but gets the job done for tracking maintenance and stuff.
For campus planning and facilities, BIM software can be super helpful. It gives you a 3D view and all the data you need in one place.
I've been using a mix of CAD software and some facility management tools to keep track of everything. It's not perfect but definitely helps keep things organized.
