My company just started integrating AI in interviews but honestly, the hiring managers are still a bit skeptical about it.
Anyone noticed if these AI tools handle cultural differences well? Sometimes expressions or styles vary a lot.
Has anyone used tools that analyze video interviews for unbiased scoring? Curious how they handle non-verbal cues without bias.
I feel the biggest challenge is transparency. Most tools don't explain how they score candidates which makes it hard to trust them.
Honestly, I think these tools work best as a first filter rather than making final hiring decisions by themselves.
I wonder how these tools deal with people who have speech impairments or other disabilities? Hope they don’t get unfairly scored.

Been following this space and you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They have a pretty good list updated regularly.
One thing to watch out for is the data these tools are trained on. If the original data has bias, the AI will too no matter what.
Would love to see benchmarks or studies comparing these AI tools to traditional interviews in terms of bias reduction.
I think training recruiters to properly interpret AI outputs is just as important as having good AI models.
Anyone else think that too much reliance on AI might unintentionally discourage diversity? Like if it favors 'average' profiles too much?
I've tried a couple of these tools at my job, and honestly, while they help reduce some obvious biases, they aren't perfect. Sometimes the algorithms pick up on weird patterns that aren't related to skills or experience.
If anyone's interested, I heard some tools are now integrating emotional intelligence metrics too. Not sure how fair that is though.
