Anyone tried Chatbot.com? I heard it has a free plan but not sure how it compares.
I've tried a couple of these free AI chatbots, and honestly, some are pretty impressive! Like you can get decent conversations with them without paying a dime.
I sometimes use Facebook’s BlenderBot. It’s free and okay for casual chat, but can be kinda weird sometimes.
One thing I noticed is free tools sometimes lack privacy guarantees compared to paid ones.
If you want a free AI that helps more with writing and chats, OpenAI's free tier on their API can be useful but it has limits.
Botpress and Rasa are cool open-source options if you're into setting things up yourself. They aren't as slick out of the box as ChatGPT but they're free and pretty powerful.
For anyone serious about AI chatbots, learning some Python and playing with open source models can be fun and free!
If you want a chatbot just for fun and games, some indie devs put out free bots with quirky personalities.
Cleverbot is an oldie but still fun to chat with for free. Not as smart as the newer ones, but it’s been around ages.
Overall, free AI chat tools are improving fast, so definitely worth experimenting with!
Replika is another free AI companion app, kinda geared more towards emotional support but does chat well.
Some free AI chats are pretty slow or glitchy, so just a heads up if you try multiple.
Some free AI chatbot websites limit your daily usage, which can be a bummer if you wanna chat a lot.
I think the main thing is balancing what you want from the AI with what free tools offer, they usually aren’t as powerful as premium ones.
There’s also DialoGPT from Microsoft which is available for free via Hugging Face. It’s pretty decent for casual conversations.
What about AI Dungeon? It’s free to start and can do some pretty creative storytelling stuff.
Honestly, there’s so many AI chat tools popping up monthly. Keeping track without a good list is tough.
Some people forget about Google's LaMDA but it’s not fully public yet, so free options kinda depend on availability right now.
Some free AI tools require signups which might be a hassle if you just wanna try quickly.
