Lately I've been wondering how all these AI gadgets are changing the way we handle stuff in our heads. Like, are we getting lazy with memory or problem solving now? Would love to hear what yall think about this and how it's messing with our day-to-day brainpower.

Totally feels like I rely on AI for even simple stuff now. Like why remember a phone number when I got my phone? But kinda scary thinking what that does to my brain over time.
Using AI tools means less brain exercise for memory, but it also helps reduce stress by handling mundane stuff. It’s a trade-off I guess.
Not sure if anyone else noticed but AI kinda changes how we interact socially too, like conversations get shorter since we can just ask a bot.
I read somewhere that cognitive offloading with AI can actually free up mental resources for creative work. So maybe it’s not all bad?
