Hey all, I recently started using some AI stuff to help me get quick summaries from PDFs, and wow it's been a game changer! But I'm kinda stuck on which tools are really smooth and reliable for this, especially those that use chat-based AI. Anyone here tried out something cool or got some tips on the best way to handle it? Appreciate any help!

Make sure the tool you pick supports your language or accents in case the PDF has audio notes or embedded speech to text.
Anyone tried offline AI summarizers? I’m worried about privacy with some of these cloud ones.
I've been using one that integrates with chatgpt and it's pretty neat. It breaks down the complex stuff into easy chunks.
The chatgpt versions are cool cause you can ask it to explain stuff more if you don’t get the summary right away.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools in this space. They've got some cool recommendations updated pretty often.
Honestly, sometimes I feel like just skimming the PDF myself is faster than messing with AI that gets confused by tables or weird formatting.
