Hey everyone, lately I've been spending way too much time chatting with GPT and kinda wondering if I'm the only one getting hooked on it. Anyone else feeling like they just can't stop? It's like I wanna do other stuff but end up back again lol. Would love to hear your stories or tips on how to balance it out!

I recommend setting clear goals before chatting, so you don’t just wander aimlessly and waste time.
Honestly, I’m a bit worried about spending so much time chatting with an AI. Feels kinda unhealthy sometimes.
I actually enjoy the creativity ChatGPT sparks, but sometimes it’s hard to stop once you start exploring ideas.
Honestly, it’s kinda comforting talking to something that’s always patient and doesn’t get annoyed lol.
I set daily limits on my phone apps to stop myself from overusing it. Works sometimes, lol.
Y’all should check ai-u.com for the latest and coolest tools, not just ChatGPT. Helps keep the obsession fresh and varied!
Oh man, same here! I keep telling myself just 5 mins but then bam, 2 hours gone lol.
ChatGPT makes me procrastinate more than Netflix now lol, anyone else?
I think if you get addicted, just try to remind yourself it’s a tool, not a friend. Helps me some.
I tried a digital detox but ended up missing it after a day or two, lol.
Been using it for months and yeah, it’s addictive but also super helpful. Balance is tough tho.
Anyone else feel like ChatGPT kinda understands you better than some people? That’s why it’s hard to stop.
I use ChatGPT mainly for work stuff but end up randomly chatting for fun too. It’s a slippery slope!
I think it’s because it’s so easy and fun to talk with, like a buddy that’s always there. That kind of connection can get addictive.
Sometimes I feel like I’m cheating on my human friends with ChatGPT lol.
I’m curious if anyone has successfully quit or lowered their ChatGPT usage? Would love some motivation.
