Honestly, the biggest benefit was the motivation it gave me to start working out regularly. Even if the plans aren’t perfect, it helped build routine.
Anyone tried combining ChatGPT workouts with a personal trainer? Wonder if that’s overkill or actually helpful.
I've used ChatGPT workouts a couple times, and honestly they can be decent for beginners. But I think they lack personalization, so results vary a lot.
I used it mostly for cardio routines and it worked well enough. Strength training plans were kinda meh though.
If you plan to use workouts from the AI, definitely keep an eye on your form and don’t just blindly trust the suggestions. Safety first!
ChatGPT helped me get into a workout habit, but I supplement it with YouTube videos for proper form. So it’s kinda a starter tool for me.
