CEBS makes sure you have the right checklist of KYC documents by setting up Simple Due Diligence, Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence as and when required. System alerts the cashier if the same customer is transacting above threshold. Customer name is searched against HMRC sanctions list, EU, UN as well as OFAC SDN. 1. Compliance We take compliance very seriously. Search the customer name before registering or transacting in HMRC’s sanctions list as well as USA’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN) published by OFAC. CEBS always has both the above mentioned lists updated for you. System alerts the cashier when it is required to ask for a valid photo identification document from the customer. System also notifies cashier about ids expiring in the near future and to ask for a new one from returning customers. 2. Operational functions Fast and intelligent are characteristics of CEBS. Before finalising the deal currency system tells you how much profit you may earn; system also notifies you what your current stock level is and alerts if you are trying to sell more than your stock value. Receipt and reports are precisely formatted and catered to give you real insights of your trading. And yes the system is Accountant friendly. 3. Integrations & Security Security of the system and protecting customer data is our prime motive. We carefully partner with service providers and do not share any data with third party companies. Our servers are located in the UK, but if you are from outside UK or the EU then we can host our system on the server located in your country. 4.
