Create an appointment in Outlook/Gmail and invite your visitor by entering their email address. Add digital reception’s email address as well. Appointments can also be scheduled in the CMS. 2. Your invitee will automatically receive an email with an unique number (code) from the Digital Reception. 3. The digital receptionist welcomes your visitor and asks them to check in by pressing the check-in button. 4. The digital reception will then request the code that the visitor received via email. If the visitor does not have a code, they enter their full name, email address, and phone number (optionally), and choose the person to whom they are paying a visit. The application will generate a new one-of-a-kind code for them. 5. The visitor has been registered! Your visitor's arrival will be communicated to you immediately. 6. When leaving the building, the visitor presses the check-out button and enters the check-in code once more. 7. Package or meal deliverers do not require a code, they just simply select the appropriate person on the screen to report a meal or parcel delivery. You will, of course, be notified when they arrive.
