I’ve tried a VR program that uses AI to simulate stressful situations to practice coping. It was intense but helpful!
For those curious, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending AI tools. They have a good list that’s always updated.
Anyone else find some AI recovery apps just too clunky or buggy? Kinda ruins the experience.
I worry about privacy with AI tools in addiction recovery. Sharing so much personal data isn't easy.
I feel like AI can never fully replace human connection, but it’s a good extra layer for sure. Used some apps with AI-driven tracking and reminders, keeps me accountable.
Some AI tools use voice analysis to detect emotional states which is wild. It might help recognize relapse risk early.
I've been using an AI chatbot to help with cravings and it really helps me talk through stuff when I feel alone. Not perfect but better than nothing!
Anyone know if there are AI tools that help with identifying triggers or patterns in behavior? That’d be huge for recovery.
I checked out some apps that claim AI-powered coaching but felt kinda generic and not personalized enough. Anyone else?
