Hey everyone, I've been diving into automated screening solutions lately for our hiring process. They promise to save a ton of time but also got me thinking about how accurate and fair these systems really are. Anybody here using them or have thoughts on their pros and cons? Would love to hear your experiences or tips!

Are there any tools that people recommend? I’m looking for something user-friendly and reliable without breaking the bank.
Has anyone had trouble integrating these tools with their existing HR systems? I'm worried about tech headaches.
One thing to keep in mind is bias. Some of these systems inherit biases from their training data, so they can unintentionally discriminate.
I started using one of those tools last year and honestly, it's a mixed bag. It saves time but sometimes misses out on good candidates because it’s too strict on keywords.
I feel like these tools are great for volume hiring but for specialized roles, nothing beats human judgment.
