Hey everyone, I've been looking around for some good websites that can detect AI-generated text. There are quite a few options out there and kinda confusing to pick the right one. Thought I'd start a thread to share what you all know or have used before. Would be awesome to get some real user opinions and tips!

Are there any tools that work better for languages other than English? Most I found seem English-centric.
Would love to see some open source options, but it seems most good ones are commercial products.
Honestly, I'm skeptical about any tool that claims 100% accuracy. AI is tricky and keeps getting better at sounding human.
I once found a tool with a really confusing interface, spent 20 mins just figuring out how to upload my text lol. Just a heads up, pick something user-friendly.
Sometimes I wonder if some tools sell data or texts you upload, anyone know about privacy concerns?
I mostly use simple plugins integrated into my browser. They’re not perfect but quick and easy when I just wanna check something fast.
If you're looking for quick tests, some websites offer free samples but watch out for limits.
Sometimes I get weird results where human-written stuff gets flagged, so I guess context matters a lot.
One thing I found useful is to look for tools that update their algorithms often, since AI keeps evolving fast.
I've tried a couple of these sites, and honestly some are super hit or miss. It's hard to know how reliable the results are without some kind of benchmark.
Has anyone used AI text detection integrated with plagiarism checkers? Wonder if that combo works better.
Does anyone know if these detection sites work well on long texts? I mostly deal with essays and articles, not just short snippets.
