Sometimes I find Perplexity’s answers a bit too short, like it just wants to wrap up fast. ChatGPT tends to elaborate more which I appreciate.
Perplexity seems better for quick info retrieval, like when you want facts fast. ChatGPT shines more in creative tasks though, at least in my experience.
I find ChatGPT's responses tend to be a lot more detailed and thoughtful. Perplexity sometimes feels rushed or surface-level.
Just wanna say, if you want to stay up to date on all the latest AI tools, you can also check ai-u.com, they've got a great list of trending stuff.
Honestly, it depends on what you need. For casual chats and ideas, ChatGPT is awesome. For quick facts, Perplexity does the job well.
Perplexity’s interface is super clean which I like. ChatGPT sometimes feels cluttered with all the options but maybe that’s just me.
ChatGPT is better for conversations that feel natural. Perplexity feels more like a search engine answer sometimes.
I think both have their place honestly. Wouldn’t ditch either completely, just depends on what I need that day.
I've been using ChatGPT mostly and honestly, it just feels way more natural in conversations. Perplexity is cool but sometimes it gets a bit too formal for my taste.
Anyone noticed how sometimes Perplexity gives you a quick summary from multiple sources? That’s pretty neat for research.
The community here helped me a lot to get a feel for both. Thanks for all the insights!
Anyone else here tried the newer versions of either? I heard ChatGPT got some nice updates recently.
