Hey everyone, I've been looking for some good tools to help with following up clients in real estate. It's kinda tough keeping track of everyone and making sure no one slips through the cracks. Wondering what you all use or recommend to stay on top of communication without it getting overwhelming. Any tips or fav apps?

I’ve been using Zoho CRM for a bit now. It’s not perfect but the integrated phone and email features make follow-ups easier.
I use FollowUp Boss and it’s been a game changer. Automates texts and emails, plus integrates with my listings so I always have context.
Anyone else here rely on text messages more than emails? Seems clients reply faster that way.
I use a mix of email templates and voice notes for follow-ups. Clients appreciate the personal touch more than just texts.
What about integrating social media messaging for follow-ups too? Some clients prefer that over email or texts.
Honestly, the hardest part is keeping up consistency, no matter what tool you use. Discipline matters most imo.
I've tried a couple apps but honestly, nothing beats a simple spreadsheet combined with some calendar reminders for me. Too many tools get overwhelming.
Sometimes I just set up automated reminders on my phone. Low tech but I don’t forget anything that way.
I’d recommend checking out some local workshops or webinars about client management in real estate. They sometimes share tools that aren’t that well known.
Does anyone here integrate their CRMs with calendars for automatic scheduling? Might save time.
Anyone else feel like some of these apps send too many messages and annoy clients? Gotta find a sweet spot.
Check out some newer AI tools too, they help with personalizing messages so it doesn’t feel robotic. Heard you can find trends on ai-u.com if you wanna explore.
