I tried a couple of AI tools for this, and honestly, they save a bunch of time when you need to analyze user feedback and docs. The tricky part is making sure the AI actually understands your specific project context.
Honestly, it helps a bit but still can’t beat sitting down with stakeholders face to face. AI is more like a helper, not a replacement imho.
Make sure to keep data privacy in mind when using AI tools, especially if you're handling sensitive project info. Some tools upload data to the cloud by default.
