I've tried it a few times and honestly, it can surprise you with some deep stuff. Though sometimes it gets a bit off-topic or cheesy, but tweaking prompts helps a lot.

I mostly use it to help overcome writer's block. Gives me a rough draft I can then polish. Works better than staring at a blank page honestly.
