Olá a todos, ultimamente tenho notado que passo muito tempo conversando com o ChatGPT e até me pergunto se isso está a tornar-se um pouco viciante. Alguém mais se sente dependente ou tem dicas para gerir isto? Gostaria muito de ouvir as vossas opiniões ou experiências.

I think it’s important to remember that AI is a tool. We gotta be mindful of how we use it, not let it use us.
