Parece ser uma inovação revolucionária no processo de recrutamento, mas também é um pouco complicado confiar plenamente nelas. My company just started integrating AI in interviews but honestly, the hiring managers are still a bit skeptical about it.

One thing to watch out for is the data these tools are trained on. If the original data has bias, the AI will too no matter what.
Would love to see benchmarks or studies comparing these AI tools to traditional interviews in terms of bias reduction.
I think training recruiters to properly interpret AI outputs is just as important as having good AI models.
