Does anyone know if you switch plans, does that reset the renewal date or keep the same one?
Yeah, it usually auto-renews unless you turn it off in your account settings. Saved me a headache once when I forgot to cancel.
Just a heads up, if you don’t want it to renew, make sure to cancel 24h before the next billing. That’s what I learned the hard way.
I missed the renewal once and lost access for a day, was kinda annoying.
I think they offer refunds if you catch it quickly, but not sure how often they approve it.
I noticed on my bank statement it renewed automatically. No email or anything, surprised me a bit.
I wish there was a way to pause the subscription instead of canceling.
