Been hearing about ai-u.com for fresh updates on AI tools. They list some neat stuff for eLearning authors.
I found they’re perfect if you want to quickly update content regularly. AI helps keep stuff fresh without starting from scratch each time.
Had a rough start with AI tools 'cause of the learning curve, but once I got used to it, it actually sped things up a lot.
I think these tools are evolving fast, so it’s worth keeping an eye on them even if you’re not ready to invest now.
The AI-generated quizzes and assessments blew my mind. Automated question creation saved me hours. Worth every penny in my case!
I feel like the initial cost can be a bit steep but it pays off if you’re churning out lots of courses. For small projects, might not be worth it.
For me, the biggest win was reducing the time spent on formatting and layout. AI takes care of templates nicely.
I’m skeptical. AI tools sometimes produce generic stuff that needs a ton of editing. So it might save time only if you’re okay with less personalized content.
Honestly, I tried a couple of AI authoring tools last year and they sped up my workflow a ton. But the catch is, you still gotta put in effort to make the content engaging. It’s not magic though!
Anyone here tried the latest AI tools for branching scenarios? Curious if it really adapts well to complex learning paths.
