Hey everyone, I've been looking for a solid app that can record meetings easily and maybe even help with transcripts or notes. Anyone got some favorites or tips? Would love to hear what you use and how reliable it is, thanks!

You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools, they got some fresh ones that might fit what you need!
I feel like we need an all in one app that records, transcribes, summarizes, AND sets reminders. Haven’t found the perfect one yet tho.
I've been using Otter.ai for a while now and it's pretty neat. It not only records but also transcribes in real time which saves me tons of time.
I recently discovered Fireflies.ai, it’s pretty cool for syncing with Zoom and other platforms, plus it can highlight action items automatically!
Microsoft Teams does recording and captions but the captions are not always accurate, so just a heads up if you rely on them.
I like using Zoom's cloud recording but it’s a paid feature. If you don’t mind subscribing, it’s pretty solid.
Sometimes I just hit record on my phone and trust myself to take notes later lol. But for serious stuff, better tools def needed.
Google Meet has recording features built-in if you’re using workspace, might be enough depending on your needs.
For Mac users, QuickTime is simple for recording but obviously no AI stuff. Good for quick local captures.
Anyone tried Krisp? It’s mainly noise cancelling but has some recording features too. Curious if it’s worth it.
