For you serious lifters, apps that track your one rep max and suggest weight progressions are clutch.
If you want something that also helps with form correction, there are apps that use AI to analyze your moves through the camera. Pretty dope tech!
I wish there was an app that could integrate all this stuff: workouts, nutrition, sleep, and stress levels. That’d be next level.
