From what I've heard, some recruiters are starting to get better at spotting AI-generated text, especially if it sounds too polished or generic. But I don't think they have a foolproof method yet.
Honestly, using AI is just like using any other tool. The key is to personalize and adapt the content so it truly reflects you.
I think recruiters focus more on the quality and relevance of your content rather than whether AI was used. If your answers are strong and genuine, it shouldn't matter.
There are emerging tools that claim to detect AI-generated writing, but their accuracy is questionable. So, it's not a guaranteed way for recruiters to tell.
