One thing to consider is privacy and data security. Sharing sensitive details with AI might not be as confidential as talking to a licensed therapist bound by HIPAA or similar laws.
In crisis situations, ChatGPT is definitely not a good option. It cannot respond to emergencies in real time or provide immediate help.
