ChatGPT is developed by OpenAI, not Google. OpenAI is an independent AI research lab.
OpenAI was originally founded with some support from Elon Musk and others, but now operates independently. Google has no ownership over ChatGPT.
Google has its own AI models like Bard, but ChatGPT is definitely from OpenAI.
OpenAI is a separate company focusing on AI research. Google has its own AI projects, but ChatGPT is not one of them.
I think the confusion comes because both ChatGPT and Google use similar underlying AI technologies, but they are from different companies.
