Heard that AI can analyze speech patterns for mental health clues, anyone tried that?
Can these AI mental health tools handle crisis situations well? Like immediate suicide risk?
I’ve been recommending some friends try AI mental wellness apps, got mixed feedback so far.
I wonder how cultural differences are handled by these AI mental health tools? It’s such a personal and cultural thing.
AI can help spot early signs of depression or anxiety which might be overlooked otherwise. Seen some studies on that and it’s promising.
These AI tools are a nice supplement but mental health is so complex, hope they don’t oversell what they can do.

I've tried a couple of these AI chatbots designed for mental health, and honestly, sometimes they feel a bit robotic but can be surprisingly comforting when you just need to vent.
I’m curious if AI can ever really understand feelings or if it’s just pattern matching?
Some of these apps send reminders to check in with your feelings. Annoying at first but kinda helpful over time.
