I've tried a couple of these AI recruiting platforms and honestly, they've sped up the process a ton. But sometimes I worry about missing out on good candidates because the AI might be too picky?
One thing I noticed is these tools really help with the initial resumes screening, but human judgment is still key in interviews. AI can't replace gut feelings yet!
