In my experience, ChatGPT is best used as a supplement rather than a primary writer. It can help with outlines but the critical content needs to come from the author.

I use ChatGPT mainly to brainstorm ideas and get over writer's block. It helps me frame my thoughts better, but I always make sure to add my own analysis and citations.
