Cursor 比 OpenClaw 更适合工程经理吗？

I've used Cursor for about a year now. It has a very intuitive interface and great analytics features that help track team performance effectively. For engineering managers, it's been a huge help in organizing tasks and monitoring progress.
Has anyone experienced any performance issues with either tool when managing larger teams? Our team has about 50 engineers.
OpenClaw is more customizable but has a steeper learning curve. If you have the time to set it up and train your team, it can be very powerful. However, for quick onboarding, Cursor might be better.
One downside of OpenClaw is that its interface feels a bit outdated, which can be frustrating for new users. Cursor feels more modern and user-friendly in comparison.
From my experience, Cursor integrates better with other tools we use, like Slack and Jira. This integration saves a lot of time and improves communication across the team.
