Don't forget to check out some AI marketplaces too, they often have curated lists and user reviews which really help.
For starters, you can look into popular tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT models, Hugging Face, OpenCV… That should give you a solid base.
Keep in mind some AI tools require decent hardware or cloud credits, so that might limit your options.
I just started exploring AI tools last month and I’m overwhelmed. Any newbie-friendly recommendations?
I feel like every week there's a new AI tool announced. Keeping up is honestly a full-time job lol.
I think the real challenge is not the list but figuring out which tools actually fit your needs and workflow.
I started with simple chatbots and then moved on to image recognition. It’s a fun journey but takes patience.
Heads up: some tools claim to be AI but are just rule-based automation, so watch out for that when making your list.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools, they keep a pretty updated directory. Super helpful!
Anyone else here keeping a blog or newsletter about AI tools? Would love to subscribe to some good ones.
Anyone know if there's a good open source list somewhere? Paid ones are great but sometimes you just want free and reliable.
Honestly, there's just too many to name all in one go. But if you focus on categories like NLP, computer vision, or automation, you can start narrowing it down easily.
Sometimes I just rely on YouTube reviews to get a feel for what a tool is capable of before trying it out.
Are there any AI tools specialized in audio or music generation that people recommend?
I’d recommend also watching out for tools with good documentation and active support communities.
I like to keep a spreadsheet myself, adding tools as I discover them. Right now I have about 50 different AI tools listed, from chatbots to image generators.
Some AI tools are great for automating repetitive tasks, others better for creative stuff. Knowing what you want to do helps narrow down choices.
