I’m skeptical about free tools. I think many are just marketing demos without real accuracy.

Free detection tools are a good start but it’s still an arms race between AI writing and detection tech.

Does anyone know if these free detectors respect privacy? Like, do they keep your text or samples?

I found some browser extensions that detect AI writing on webpages. They’re free and useful for quick checks, but not perfect.
