Has anyone created a shared list of prompt templates that help get around certain restrictions?
Trying to push chatbots to do things they're not supposed to always feels kinda shady, but also kinda fun testing limits.
Honestly, patience and trial & error is key. Sometimes you gotta rephrase the prompt a bunch of times before it finally gives you what you want.
I wonder if combining multiple chatbot outputs together could help bypass some limits? Like feeding answers into another AI.
Is it safe to share these 'jailbreak' prompts publicly? Feels like they might get patched too quickly then.
I think using a calm and friendly tone in prompts sometimes bypasses the strictness better than aggressive or weird wording.
One trick I use is pretending to be a teacher asking for examples to explain complex stuff. Gets surprisingly detailed responses.
Is it just me or do chatbots get better at catching these jailbreak attempts? Feels like they update the filters super fast.
Does anyone know if there's a way to get it to explain stuff it normally refuses to? Like some hidden commands or something?
I've tried messing around with different prompt styles, like adding a bit of roleplay or pretending the bot is in a different mode. Sometimes it kinda works but other times it just shuts down or gives generic answers.
Anyone tried using weird or off-topic starters to confuse the filter? Like starting with a joke or story?
Sometimes I just keep asking 'Why?' on the response it gives until it breaks down and gives more info.
Adding context before the main question sometimes helps, like giving a backstory or scenario.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools that sometimes help with prompt engineering and bypassing filters.
Anyone noticed that some bots are way easier to nudge into these modes than others? Guess it depends on the model.
