InConvenience Inc. has announced a strategic partnership with Philadelphia-based Lula Commerce to integrate digital ordering capabilities across its retail network. The collaboration enables the women-led convenience store operator to offer both third-party delivery through major platforms and a branded first-party experience via Lula Direct. Under the agreement, Lula will manage orders from DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub alongside a direct web and mobile app storefront. Store teams will retain control over day-to-day operations while utilizing a single dashboard to manage menus, pricing, inventory, and order flow across all channels. InConvenience Inc. currently operates 20 locations across Iowa, Missouri, and Arkansas following its debut in February 2024. CEO Tiffany Fraley stated the partnership expands their promise of convenience by providing customers more ways to shop while allowing staff to focus on community service. To mark the launch, Lula and InConvenience Inc. will present the Pattonsburg, Missouri, Fire and Rescue Protection District with a $1,000 award. This recognition highlights the life-saving work performed within the Pattonsburg Gas Spot store community and neighboring counties during NACS Foundation’s 24/7 Day.
